Ingredients:
- Over ripe Bananas- 2 medium
- Cooked oatmeal - 1/2 cup ( at room temperature)
- Almonds- 8 to 10
- Low fat yogurt- 1/3 cup
- Honey- to taste
- Soak almonds in water for about 2 to 3 hours,if desired.
- For best results use frozen bananas.
